Z for Zenith

**Z for Zenith: Reaching the Pinnacle of Success**

In the journey of life, we all aspire to reach the pinnacle of success, to achieve the highest point of our potential and capabilities. This ultimate point of accomplishment is often referred to as the "Zenith." Just like the sun reaches its zenith at noon, our aspirations lead us to strive for excellence and achieve greatness in our endeavors.

The path to the zenith is not always smooth, and it may be filled with challenges, setbacks, and obstacles. However, it is the unwavering determination and perseverance that drive us forward towards our goals. The journey to the zenith requires discipline, focus, and a willingness to learn from failures. Each step taken brings us closer to our dreams, and every setback is an opportunity to grow stronger and wiser.

To reach the zenith, it is essential to set clear and ambitious goals. Having a clear vision of what we want to achieve enables us to stay motivated and focused. However, it is equally important to be adaptable and open to change as circumstances may demand adjustments to our plans.

Moreover, surrounding ourselves with like-minded individuals who share our vision and inspire us can make the journey easier and more enjoyable. A supportive network provides the necessary encouragement and guidance during challenging times.

Along the way, it is vital to celebrate every milestone achieved. Acknowledging our progress and small victories keeps us motivated and reinforces our belief in our abilities. However, it is equally essential to stay humble and grounded, remembering the efforts of those who contributed to our success.

As we inch closer to our zenith, it is essential to continuously learn and grow. Knowledge is a powerful tool that empowers us to make informed decisions and overcome any hurdles that come our way. Embracing a growth mindset allows us to constantly improve ourselves and our work.

While striving for success, it is also essential to find moments of peace and tranquility. A mind that is cluttered with worries and stress can hinder progress. Practicing mindfulness, meditation, or any activity that calms the mind can enhance our focus and clarity, making the journey towards the zenith smoother.

Ultimately, the zenith is not just about reaching the top but also about enjoying the journey. Every experience, every challenge, and every achievement contribute to the beauty of the process. Embracing every moment, both good and bad, helps us grow into the best version of ourselves.

In conclusion, reaching the zenith is a symbol of personal and professional success, but it is not just a destination; it is a continuous journey of growth and self-improvement. As we chase our dreams and aspirations, let us remember to be persistent, to stay true to our values, and to enjoy the process. The zenith awaits those who are brave enough to embark on the path of excellence and determination. Let us rise to the occasion and embrace the pursuit of our dreams, as the zenith is not only a point in time but a state of mind.

The Marathoner's Mindset

There was once a young woman named Lily who loved to run. She wasn't particularly fast or strong, but she had a deep passion for the feeling of wind in her hair and the pavement beneath her feet. When she heard about a local marathon, she knew she had to sign up.

The marathon was grueling - 26.2 miles of hilly terrain and blistering heat. But Lily was determined to finish. She trained tirelessly for months, running before dawn and after work, pushing herself to her limits. And when the day of the marathon finally arrived, she was ready.

The first few miles went by smoothly. Lily settled into a comfortable pace and enjoyed the sights and sounds of the race. But around mile 10, her legs began to ache and her mind started to wander. She found herself wondering why she had ever thought this was a good idea, and if she would ever make it to the finish line.

That's when she saw him - an older man, hunched over and panting, his face contorted with pain. He was walking slowly, barely putting one foot in front of the other. Lily slowed down to walk beside him and asked if he was okay.

The man shook his head and said he didn't know if he could go on. His knees were shot and his energy was depleted. Lily could see the despair in his eyes, and she knew she had to do something.

Without a second thought, she took the man's arm and started walking with him. She chatted with him about his life, his family, and his reasons for running the marathon. They walked mile after mile, together, and Lily could feel her own pain receding as she focused on helping this man.

Finally, they reached mile 25 - the home stretch. Lily could see the finish line in the distance, and she urged the man to keep going. With a burst of energy, they started to jog, and soon they were running as fast as they could.

As they crossed the finish line, the man turned to Lily with tears in his eyes. "Thank you," he said, "I could never have done it without you."

Lily smiled, knowing that she had found a new sense of purpose in her running. She realized that the true reward wasn't just crossing the finish line, but the journey of helping others along the way. From that day forward, she embraced the marathoner's mindset - not just the physical endurance, but the mental and emotional strength to help others and push through her own struggles.

And that, my friends, is the power of a strong mindset - to overcome challenges, find purpose, and inspire others along the way

Are you feeling sad, dejected, beat, hopeless, worst ?

I'm no more bizarre to feeling miserable and crushed. After many bombed connections, physical, sexual and psychological mistreatment my whole life, two liquidations, you could say I've sufficiently experienced to last two lifetimes.

I don't actually want to do anything, frankly, however lay in bed and cry. I go through genuine floods of nervousness for the duration of the day. They hit me quick, hard, and all of a sudden. I need to hurl. I need to twist up in a ball and pass on. I need somebody to reveal to me this is every one of the a terrible dream and tomorrow things will have returned to typical.

Your Struggles and Pain Are Real.
Torment is torment, confusion is mayhem. Regardless of what it resembles to you. Never let anybody reveal to you your emotions are ludicrous. Never believe that you're overcompensating. What your inclination is genuine, and you need to respect your feelings, feel every one of the feels. Simply don't remain there. The more you stay down, the harder it is to get back up.

Here are the activities when you are feeling crushed, sad, defenseless, and miserable—everything that have helped me, that I trust help you as well.
  • Weep hysterically.
  • Such a large number of us keep down our tears since we believe it's an indication of shortcoming. It is in no way, shape or form, and it's practically compulsory to get those detaches. Return to the last time you had a decent cry fest and attempt to recall how you felt a while later. I'm speculating you felt like a huge load of blocks was simply taken off your shoulders. Crying is extremely restorative. Do it. As frequently as you need to. Shout and cry into a cushion in the event that you need to yet get those detaches.
  • Call a companion.
  • While this nearly sounds too basic, most don't consider doing this either on the grounds that they would prefer not to trouble their companions, or in light of the fact that they're too adhered on their issues to consider looking at something different. Pick one individual you totally love conversing with and simply visit your adorable little go head to head. You can discuss your concern on the off chance that you figure it will help, or you can utilize this as a chance to get your brain off of things. Simply talk!! About anything, everything, senseless things and nothing. It was a particularly immense help to get this affirmation from a companion. Once in a while we need to hear consoling words!
  • Volunteer.
I tell everybody this. In case you're tragic, go volunteer. Like at the present time. You can't envision the force behind aiding a person or thing (otherwise known as hairy critters) out of luck. Your heart tops off and afterward detonates, you cry cheerful tears, and it really gives you such a lot of satisfaction. Discover an association that impacts you and call them.
  • Put on some uproarious music and sing and dance
  • Pick the most intense music you have (and love) and wrench up the sound system. Or on the other hand perhaps you love country or jazz or whatever! Turn it up and rip off the handle. Dance, sing, bounce around your home like a senseless simpleton. Once in a while when I'm feeling down, I put on the saddest music with the hardest hitting verses, sing noisy, sob hysterically, and strikingly subsequently I feel multiple times better!! Let free and lose every one of your considerations and hardships in your number one music. You're going to feel astounding, you'll even get a little exercise in, and your adrenaline will be siphoned up a small piece, so you'll possibly feel relentless! Go you!
  • Take a walk.
  • Another basic activity that we regularly ignore. For large numbers of us, when we're feeling truly pitiful, we would prefer not to get dressed and go out. You need to get yourself out of your dim spot. You need to make a move steps (pardon the quip) to push ahead and be glad once more. Get your shoes on and get outside. No one can really tell who you will run into or what sort of really cool things can happen to you. Be available to amazements and chance gatherings. Or then again perhaps you'll simply discover and see seemingly insignificant details that carry a grin to your face.
  • Watch clever films and eat low quality nourishment.
  • Indeed, I said it. Eat low quality nourishment, also known as solace food. They call it solace nourishment which is as it should be. Since that is by and large what it does. Also, indeed, I get that we may have a little irritated paunch toward the beginning of the day, all relying upon how much solace food you burned-through the prior night, however, chocolate and chips and doughnuts and cake truly do the spirit great. A little expression of caution here, however: Only do this in the event that you can allow yourself to appreciate eating and aren't carelessly gorging to numb your emotions, and kindly don't make this an every day propensity. We as a whole realize eating lousy nourishment is awful for us. It's a pleasant convenient solution on a truly pitiful day however not something you ought to do constantly. Keep in mind, life is about balance as well.
  • Compose a fact letter.
  • Indeed, I love composing letters. It's the best treatment out there, I swear! Similar as an adoration letter to yourself, a reality letter is a letter you will keep in touch with a person or thing that is causing you pain and distress. This is the place where you will work out the entirety of your displeasure, all your hurt; each damn feeling you feel about this individual/thing, get everything out. This is something you can do each time you have contemptuous or furious musings about this individual or thing. In the long run the considerations will not appear so frequently.
  • Think good things about yourself
  • I'll be straightforward, I haven't thought of one in some time, yet I believe now is the right time. An adoration letter to yourself is so amazing and remedial. In this letter you disclose to yourself every one of the astonishing and wonderful things about yourself. You list every one of the reasons you shouldn't feel like a failure. You berate yourself to brush your bum and pick yourself back up once more. You can continue endlessly about how brilliantly astounding you are. Work out every one of the things you love about yourself and all your brilliant and saving graces. Go look in the mirror at this moment. I bet you have the most delightful eyes and the most sweet grin ever. Or on the other hand possibly you are a spunky, decided individual. Or then again perhaps you show at least a bit of kindness of gold! I bet there are 1,000,000 great things about you. Discover them and expound on them.
  • Have a 'me' day.
  • Regardless of whether you can't require the entire day, attempt to require in any event a couple of hours to spoil yourself. Get a nail treatment or pedicure or do one for yourself at home. Complete your hair, take yourself out on the town. Accomplish something you appreciate, something that gets you into a condition of stream. Whatever it is that you do, do it to pay tribute to yourself and how astonishing you are. Set aside this effort to cherish yourself, as hard as that might be, and simply be available with you and just you.

Practice, Practice....Practice

*Practice....*

Once, Lord Indra got upset with farmers, he announced there will be no rain for 12 years and you won't be able to produce crops.

Farmers begged for clemency from Lord Indra, who then said, rain will be possible only if Lord Shiva plays his Damru. But secretly requested Lord Shiva not to agree to these farmers and when farmers reached Lord Shiva, he repeated the same thing that he repeated the same thing that he will play Damru after 12 years.

Disappointed farmers decided to wait till 12 years.

But one farmer regularly was digging, treating and putting manure in the soil and sowing the seeds even with no crop emerging.

Other farmers were making fun of the farmer. After 3 years, all farmers asked that farmer why are you wasting your time and energy when you know that rains will not come before 12 years.

He replied, "I know that crop won't come out but I'm doing it as a matter of "practice". After 12 years, I will forget the process of growing crops and working in the field so I must keep it doing so that I'm fit to produce the crop the moment there is rain after 12 years."

Hearing his argument Goddess Parvati praised his version before Lord Shiva and said "You may also forget playing the Damru after 12 years!"

The innocent Lord Shiva in his anxiety just tried to play the Damru, to check if he could...and hearing the sound of Damru immediately there was rain and the farmer who was regularly working in the field got his crop emerged immediately while others were disappointed.

What is LIFE?

If someone asks you, "What is life?" What will you answer. Millions of people living on this planet have their own definition of life. For some, it is a dream, for some life is to be happy always, foe some life is a struggle. But in today's time, we are not living our lives the way we want, we try to live upto the expectations and timelines of others instead of living to ourselves. A very famous dialogue of the hindi movie 3 idiots, "life is a race, agar tez nahi bhagoge to baaki log tumhe dhakka dekar aage nikal jaenge". But, do you really think life is all about race, why should we live our lives to win the race. Life is a beautiful journey, we travel through the mountains and valleys, we should travel through ups and downs of our life.

We get afraid if we take the wrong turn then we will not be able to come back, but its not true. It doesn’t matter how far we have gone on the wrong road we can still take the U-turn. Life is all about both success and failure. Time does not remains same always. We will be able to live a satisfied and happy life only when we understand the true meaning of failure.
The notion of perfectionist lies only in books. No one is perfectly perfect and no one is perfectly imperfect. Each individual have some qualities, some imperfections, their own likes and their own dislikes. Its not bad to listen to others, we should always be a good listener, but we should not live our life the way others want. If we are not happy, we will never be able to make the world around us happy.

We should be smart enough to holding on, but be brave enough to let go the things. Life is not about finding yourself, but life is about creating yourself. So create yourself in such a way that no one can take your happiness away from you.

What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us -- Buddha

It's OKAY

For it's okay, to be living in your own bubble,
In a bubble safe from the world's trouble.

Life here in the bubble seemed to go at a slower pace,
I'm here in the bubble away from the human race.

For there are no fairy tales to wonder,
there is only a stale reality to ponder.

For lets once try and shed away the gloom,

and give our fantasies a chance to bloom.

For once in a while forget the presumed perfection,
and take some time to evaluate one's reflection.

For it's okay, to be living in your own bubble,
In a bubble safe from the world's trouble.

Story of Elephant And Dog

An elephant and a dog became pregnant at same time. Three months down the line the dog gave birth to six puppies. Six months later the dog was pregnant again, and nine months on it gave birth to another dozen puppies. The pattern continued. On the eighteenth month the dog approached the elephant questioning, "Are you sure that you are pregnant? We became pregnant on the same date, I have given birth three times to a dozen puppies and they are now grown to become big dogs, yet you are still pregnant. What’s going on?”._ The elephant replied, "There is something I want you to understand. What I am carrying is not a puppy but an elephant. I only give birth to one in two years. When my baby hits the ground, the earth feels it. When my baby crosses the road, human beings stop and watch in admiration, what I carry draws attention. So what I’m carrying is mighty and great.” Don’t lose faith when you see others receive answers to their prayers. Don’t be envious of others testimony. If you haven’t received your own blessings, don’t despair. Say to yourself “My time is coming, and when it hits the surface of the earth, people shall yield in admiration.”

Climb Every Mountain

A group of scientists placed five monkeys in a cage and in the middle of it, they put a ladder with bananas on the top of it.

Each time a monkey start to climb the ladder to eat the bananas, the scientists soaked rest of the monkeys in icy cold water.

This kept on repeating with the second monkey as well, so from the next time any monkey dared to climb, the rest of the monkeys started to pull him down and beat him up.

After a time, no monkey dared to climb the ladder, no matter how great the temptation was.
The scientists then decided to replace one of the monkeys. The first thing this monkey did was to start climbing the ladder. Immediately, the other monkeys pulled him down and beat him up.

After several beatings, the new monkey decided never to climb up the ladder, even though there was no evident reason not to, except the beatings.

After this, the second monkey was substituted and same thing happened with him also. Subsequently, all five monkeys were replaced.

What was left was a group of five monkeys that, without ever having received the icy cold shower, continued to beat up any monkey who attempted to climb the ladder.

This is exactly what happens in our lives. If we wish to do something different and non-confirmative, society tries to drag us down without any reason.
But that doesn’t that we should stop climbing. Keep challenging the status quo!

God's Eye View

The problem :-|

Life today has become as troublesome as it could ever be. People are running amok not to invent or discover new things but to solve a question knocking on continuously in their tedious yet brilliant minds. True, it has become a better place because of people like these, who have developed the humanity to the brink of advancement but in this race of worldly advancement, something is being left behind, something core to us, something that is a necessity in everything.

Peace of Mind

Peace of Mind has become a commodity so rare in this world that it is believed to be non-existent. The main problem of lack of peace of mind arises from the huge mountain of personal problems that stands in front of us for us to sort. Without the adequate payment of resources like time and your peace of mind, these problems are a no-go. However, there are people who don't require this type of  problem addressing thinking. For them, the world is all bright and shine as they have their own way of tackling their problems. The good thing in them is not that their way is better, but that they have a drive to solve a problem that is creating nuisance in their personal lives.

To all those, who are, well, how do I say, 'less equipped'  in solving the matters close to them, all I hope is that you are able to co-relate your life with the idea I'm trying to convey. This is because this is being not to answer a question, but to induce a way of thinking in the minds of the people so as to simplify their path to the answer they seek. Well here I start.

Ants

Yup tiny ants is what I'm talking about. Small, nimble, focused as hell, strong in it's own scale and packs a mean ass bite that everyone's scared of. These ants pack a punch when they get together to do a task. They do everything in unity and succeed in thriving in terrible conditions. Now what I want you to do is observe them as one organism, i.e imagine the line of ants crawling up the wall, as one organism. This is because they are a single organism, with various moving parts, whereas we have a tendency to look upon them as singular insects working together to survive. You see a complete in sync movement that works well and successfully completes the task it has been allocated. Now, come out of the observation mode and hinder their path with any liquid of any sorts. You will observe the organism that was working perfectly till now, in total chaos. Look at the whole picture and just

FREEEEEEEEZE THAT THOUGHT.

What do you see unravelling in front of you?

Do the ants scramble everywhere in agony of loosing their path?

Do they start searching the cause of the obstruction in their path?

Do they start recuperation efforts to form a bypass path to continue the efficient method?

Do think of the questions above and before you see the fruitlessness of these questions, all I ask is this:

In respect of the ants that were just made to run everywhere, who are you and what do you know of the problem the ants are facing and solution to the ruckus?

I see I have got your attention as you have started to see the larger picture, because as you see observe more, you realize that compared to the ants, you are the entity with a whole lot more knowledge than those meagre ants. The ants are panicking but in that same moment you are able to see the problem and the solution crystal clear in front of you. In other words, you are a GOD for those ants, with the power to crush them or help them, all depending on your thoughts and intentions.

How does this correlate with the personal problems crap that I was spewing in the start. Well, replace the troubled you, the one who is sick with so many problems to solve, with the ants and replace the GOD OF ANTS with the yourself, the one who is introspecting and who is calm/happy at the current moment.

You see, the problems you are facing are as small as a DOT IN A WHITE PAPER. Yup that's all what your suffering and problems and obstructions sum up to as compared to the massive potential of happiness you have inside you. So in order to solve the problem, we think of the only human tendency available to us, we focus on the problems, so hard, that our whole life that was flourishing and colourful in it's prime, becomes a barren land of nothingness that can't support the life it once used to.

To all those, who knew how cheerful and lively you were before know the change and can help you in this problem solving quest. But to those without the support of anyone, you gotta move this boulder of this path yourself buddy. It will be difficult but it ain't impossible.

The first thing to do is never-ever forget the good times and dreams that you encountered till your journey here. All the good times and the memories you have should be reserved and saved like a endangered species, at all times. This helps protecting the good in your life and in other words, saving the essential fuel for your future happiness.

The second thing is to think yourself as a God. A God that has total and absolute control over what happens and what occurs in your life. This helps you in defocusing on the black dot in the paper, but inorder to look at the whole picture, you gotta do the following.

Look at the instances of your life that is facing the most turbulent weather. Remember you are the GOD, and you are here just out of curiosity, and not for some difficult test. Look at yourself from the God's point of view, where your past self, the sad one is a simple human being in desperate need for help. After looking at the person of dire need to your satisfaction, start looking at the problems that person is facing. The problems he face can be wide ranged and can be so bad that a solution is not possible. But remember, these problems are not your problems, and hence, you need not worry of the outcome or side effect of that problem and just solve the damn question that kept nagging you for a time.

When you are able to inculcate your thinking to this level, you start seeing solutions for that person's problems like a quick answer to 95873*86984(8339417032😏).

What I was trying to do is make you drop the fear factor when solving the equation of a problem. The less you think about the things you cannot control, more is your control over controllable things. Less variables, faster execution, perfect answer. This point of view will help you out in so many situations that you will be shocked by the effectiveness of this Problem solving method. Simple yet powerful enough to shift the gears of your life, ain't it?

The more you practise this technique, the more mastery you obtain in it and more powerful you become in solving the common and the uncommon. But the best part of cleaning up problems is that your happiness gets a whole lot more space to grow and spread it's wings of joy. And adding the preserved memories of happy times to this sum, leaves you, a person overflowing with happiness and problemlessness ;-).

Hope it helped, for  it was written to.

The Endless Roads

Life is a journey which we all are traversing. The journey starts from life and no one knows where it ends. Some say death is the ultimate end of the journey of life, but how can we so sure since none of us know exactly where do we go when our soul leaves our body. Might be after death we have another journey in some other world. It clearly specifies that we all are mere travellers having no destination point to reach.

We meet many co-travellers in this journey. Some start to walk with us on the road we are travelling and some walk on the parallel road in such a way that they are walking beside each other but will never meet and will keep on walking in this way. There is gap of understanding and emotions between their parallel roads that is wide enough which do not allow them to be on the same road.

And in a way its good also. If all will start walking on the same road, then it will cause huge traffic and the journey will be delayed and its also possible that some might loose their patience and will stop to travel forward. Those walking on the same road seems to be very friendly as if they will reach to their destined end together, but as soon as they will find someone more friendly than you, they will leave your hand and will hold theirs. Very few keep holding the same hand in their entire journey no matter how many obstacles comes on the road.

Life is a journey, not a destination. So, keep enjoying this beautiful journey.

The Missing Rib..Hold Carefully

In the bible, it is written that one day God saw that Adam was lonely. To bring someone special in his life, during his sleep, God took one of Adam's rib and created Eve. This is how Adam met Eve and loved each other unconditionally.
We all are also in search of our missing ribs. Only once we find that one who is having our missing rib, we do not feel any ache from then and life is full of happiness.

I will share a story that I read. It was story of a boy and girl. One day, the girl asked the boy whom he loved the most. Boy replied, "Of course, its you". The boy and the girl got married and started their happy life. Their life was full of love, care and romance. The boy realized that the girl was his missing rib and he had found her.
But with passing time and their busy schedule, they were not able to spend much time with each other. Misunderstandings and quarrel had  taken the place of love and romance. It grew so much that one day the girl decided to leave the house. Standing at the opposite side of the road, she said, "You don't love me". The boy shouted, "It was a mistake of us to be together. Maybe you were not my missing rib."

The girl stand quiet on the other side of the road. The boy realized that he had said the wrong thing, but words spoken once can't be taken back. The girl went home with tears and packed her back to break up with him. She said, "If I am not your missing rib, then let me go. It will be easier in this way. We should go on our separate paths to find our true missing ribs."

They separated and left each other. Both of them didn't remarried. The boy started smoking. He lit his cigarette and sat on a chair. He realized that there was some ache in his chest like something is missing. He realized that he was missing her.

After some years they met. They had a formal talk like how are you, did you married someone etc. both found that they were still waiting for each other. The boy asked for her number to call her. She gave the number and left for the flight she had to take.

The next day the boy got the news that she was dead. The plane by which she was travelling had crashed.

Once again he was all lonely. Sitting on the chair and litting the cigarette, he realized that she was her missing rib, which he himself had broken carelessly.

This happens with every one of us. Some are in our control, some are not. Just treasure everything you have. Tomorrow is unpredictable and may not even come. So value what you have today and live it to the fullest.

Patience Pays...

Life is full of uncertainties. We all have anxieties, curiosities, desire , confidence and many more. But one thing that is uncommon among us is "patience". Patience is the art of waiting with difficulties. Patience is everyone's cup of tea, we just have to make it more tastier. When a person tells himself or to someone other that "everything will be fine" or "things will be better soon", it means that the person has the patience to wait for the results rather than going anxious about it. Sometimes we do any things out of our curiosity that after while we regret about those moments.

Frustration results in being impatient.Being patient is very difficult at times. It doesn't grows suddenly, but is learned and earned slowly. Patience should not be mixed with laziness. Patience isn't dullness or coolness, but is power. Patience is a form of commiseration. When a person undergoes time in bad situations, then he should just not sit and wait for a miracle to happen, instead he should perform his duty and then wait patiently for the result. To frustrate means to become unsuccessful. When frustration comes, it reduces the ability to have patience.

Let's listen to a story:
Once a king declared that I am searching for my chief assistant. He announced that whosoever wants the post have to fill pond's water into a pot.But the twist was that the pot had a hole in it. Many people tried but left in a single try. Some even claimed that the king had already selected someone else. But there was one man who kept on trying. Every time he filled the pot and brought it to the king, it emptied due to the hole. But he didn't loose the hope. He tried uncountable number of times. At last, the pond was empty. At its surface, a diamond was shining. The man picked it up and brought it to the king. The king said," This is the reward for your patience and hard work. You are selected as my Chief assistant." So it was confirmed that patience pays.

Patience is bitter but its fruit is the sweetest. The secret behind being patience is to do something else in the meanwhile and having faith in God. Just because something isn't happening to you doesn't mean that it won't happen ever. No thing is suddenly created. it takes time for the things to grow and give fruits. To learn to have patience, you must first have lots of patience. A moment of patience in a moment of anger saves a thousand moments of regret. God has perfect timing for everything, neither too early nor too late. We must have enough faith and patience to wait and should go on doing hard work.

There will be days where you feel better, there will be days where you want to die. Both are okay. There is no magical cure. You just need to close your eyes and trust that the waves will pass, and soon you will be able to breathe again.

B for Belief

Had any one of us has ever seen God or angles? Well I don't think so. We just have a belief that God is everywhere and that he or she is the most powerful and nothing can happen without his wish. But none of us have the exact proof of his existence. We all had listened to the stories told to us by our ancestors who had listened them from their ancestors and this way the story continued.

Belief creates the actual facts.

The fact is what we only have is "belief", that's the only thing in our life that we carry with ourselves anywhere we go in the entire world. Our beliefs are the ones who no one can steal and it belongs only to us. Every relationship continues on the belief that we won't ever betray each other, but none of us are totally confident that it won't happen ever. Our beliefs are very much inspired by our knowledge. Out out-bringing, the surroundings in which we live or the people we meet or whom we feel the most important in our life has a very high impact on our beliefs.

Belief is the magic key that unlocks our dreams.

If we do not have any belief in our mind, then on what basis will we take any actions or think what to do or what not to do or what is right for us and what is not. If we have a belief that we can, then we are halfway there. When we were small children, we used to go to magic shows and found it very amazing and had developed a belief from that time that there is magic indeed and it can happen to us also at any spot of time. We felt very astonished that how this magic could happen and wished that some day we must also be able to do it.

We all are one, our Egos, beliefs and Fears Separate Us.

To succeed in life, we must have a believe that we can. If we won't be able to believe that we are able to do or achieve something, then no power in the world can make us achieve our dreams. We are born believing. As tree bears beauty, in the same way we humans bear pour beliefs. It is not the way that the day we realize that our beliefs were not correct, we should start cursing ourselves for it, instead we should be strong enough to admit that we were not correct and are lucky enough that we have got another chance to make new beliefs.

The truth is, "Few really believe. The most only believe that they believe."

HAPPINESS IS A JOURNEY NOT A DESTINATION

What's happiness means? How do you feel when you get to eat your favorite food item, or when you are going out with your friends to watch a movie of your favorite actor, or when you meet your best friend after a long time, or when you achieve something for which you were waiting from a long time. All these moments bring a beautiful smile at your face and that smile is not the fake one, it totally real and comes directly from your heart. Its like you were walking all alone in your thoughts might be day dreaming also, waiting for some miracle to happen and suddenly everyone and everything around you starts to work in the way that you have assumed it to be that it brings a huge smile to your face. That moment and that happiness can't be expressed in words, it can only be felt.

Some people have all the reasons to be happy but still their inner boundations doesn't allow them to enjoy that happiness. There are also who have no reason to smile but their strong will of being happy makes them to find millions of reasons to smile. When the sun sets, its not the end, but the beginning of a new story and a new morning. Its a psychological fact famously known as the "Law of Attraction" that if you will think positive and speak positive then it goes into the surroundings and bounces back to you and same applies with negative thoughts. So it depends on the person how he or she proceeds with his or her thought process because ultimately his vibes whether positive or negative bounces back to him.

If you have warmth in your igloo, oil in your diya and peace in your heart then you are the richest person, but if you don't have it and are chasing to have it then no one can stop you from getting it. Its not like that obstacles doesn't comes in path or everything seems to be very easy, but its how you take those obstacles, as the restrictions or the frictional force that is opposing you to achieve something or you are taking as a challenge and are welcoming it to have a tough and successful fight with it.We should stay calm and think what we are doing in the past time that made us happy and what can we do in our present that will make us happy and positive towards life.

Be happy not because everything is good but because you can see good in everything.
