Lord Rama vanquishing the evil King Ravana and once passing a amount of of fourteen years in exile came to his capital Ayodhya on a replacement moon day of Karttika with mate Sita and brother Lakshman.

To celebrate the homecoming of their beloved king, the individuals of Ayodhya burst wacky, lit up their homes with material lamps (diyas), and adorned the whole town within the grandest manner. Year once year this homecoming of Lord Rama is commemorated on Diwali with lights, fireworks, detonating of wacky and merriment. The pageant gets its name Deepawali, or Diwali, from the rows (avali) of lamps (deepa) that the individuals of Ayodhya lit to welcome their King.

Who is Better

Two gods, Vishnu ji and Shiva ji who, were arguing with each other on that 'Who is the most famous in the human community'. The argued all day and night continuously.

Since they could not come to a decision, they agreed on a simple test.

There are two POLES on the road with a path between them. Vishnu ji will tie a thin strong rope between the poles such that if anyone walks on the path, they're somehow will fall.

The test here is the name of the god the person will shout when the person will be in problem.

The first guy came along, and fell due to the rope and shout "hey Ram (Avtar of Vishnu)!". Vishnu ji gave a smile to Shiva ji who gave back a rude face.

The second guy came along, and fell and cried "hey Mahadev(Name of Shiva)!". Shiva ji gave a smile to Vishnu ji who gave back a rude face.

The third guy came along, and fell and shouted "Which idiot tied this rope here?".

I think you got the Moral of the Story ;-)

LOVE-CHANGING WITH GENERATIONS

Mmmmmm...I don't know exactly what i am going to write about. It is just I have heard my friend's view about love..so I want to share it with you all...

So the story starts like this......I am talking about the age of Romio-Juliet, Heer-Ranjha , Mirzaya-Sahiban who dared to love. So what was love for them..was that about only attraction which further leads to romance..and romance further leads to intimacy and after all these are done..both lived happily their lives not together but with new partners?? No , for them love was their life. Once they saw each other,even without knowing each other ,even without talking to each other still they used to have endless talks just by looking into each other's eyes. For them the first thought that came into their mind was just that I want to spend my entire life with him or her..I will live with him and die with him. They never had such thoughts whether I will be happy with him or her,he or she is not of my standard,will I be able to share my entire life with him or her,whether he or she would understand me or not...It was not based on just saying 'I love you' and never feeling it from inside. Rather than saying these few words, they used to express it by their actions and not merely by words.

 Coming to our generation ,or what I should say,the so-  called 'cool and modern' generation. In our generation  ,LOVE is just a word of four alphabets that doesn't  mean more than having fun with sometime for the time  being you are enjoying it and then switching to  someone else. Its like you are trying a cloth how it looks  on you, getting a check on it,if you liked it ,you will  keep it with you and will use use it for a view days and  as the trend will change,you will throw it out of your  wardrobe and will buy a new one. If I talk about how people of our age LOVE , the first thing is the attraction. 

It leads to approaching the one from whom you are being attracted and then having talks ,meetings and all.All these are done with an aim of knowing that person more and more.Here knowing literally doesn't means searching the inner beauty, it means you try to fetch out whether he or she meets your standards of living or not, whether he or she will be able to fulfill all your requirements or needs or not, whether he or she will be able to make you happy or not. After searching out and getting answers to these questions, we decide whether we should love that person or I should say generate love for that person in our heart.What a rubbish thing it is.Love is not a method or procedure that needs to be generated, it is a feeling that comes automatically from deep inside your heart. It is not a product or a grocery item that before buying you need to check upon it whether it is perfectly fine or not.

I will not say that all of us from this modern generation perceive love just as a word of four alphabets. TRUE LOVE REALLY EXISTS. You just need to search for it and tell that to the one whom you loves the most and you will find a new love story that will set an example for all others.

YOU DON'T LOVE A PERSON FOR THEIR LOOKS,OR THE WAY THEY APPEAR..YOU LOVE HIM BECAUSE THEY SING A SONG WHICH ONLY YOU CAN HEAR

Childhood Myths in Punjabi's

AS i am from Punjabi's Family, i heard these types of things daily in my life, they are funny and awesome so i think i should share with all of you :-)

• My mummy used to say me that if you will bite your nails by your teeth, then some bad luck will definitely happen to you.

• If chappati falls on the floor, the we have to choose between god or devil. If we choose god then we can eat that chappati and if we chose devil then damn we can't have it....LOL...

• If you will drink water from a bottle that has been touched by someone's leg ,the a wound will grow around your lips.

• If you will use scissor without any work,then some quarrel will happen in your house.

• Behan ko laat maaroge to next birth me buffalo banoge.

                           And Yeah This one :

• Paapiya paapiya behan ko na maar, jana padega haridwar, haridwar me ganderiyan ,do teriyan do meriyan..

नासमझ लोग

पहले मैं सोचता था 'क्या लिखूँ'?
फिर ख़्याल आने लगा कि क्यों लिखूँ? किसके लिए?
तुम्हारे लिए?
तुम समझ जाओगे?
तुम्हे पता भी है कि किसी लिखाई में समझना क्या होता है? अरे तुम आज के ज़माने के लोग हिंदी के शब्दों के मतलब समझ जाओ न, ये ही बहुत होगा।
पर एक बात बताऊँ?
एक लेखक शब्द नहीं लिखता, वो जज़्बात पिरोता है स्याही के धागे में.. हाह! जज़्बात, तुम क्या समझो जज़्बात क्या होते हैं| गलती भी तो मेरी ही है जो मैं पत्थर में इंसान ढूँढने लगा था| साला, तुम लोगों को जज़्बात समझ क्यों नही आते? इतना मुश्किल तो नहीं है इनको समझना!!

उससे कहा सीधे लब्ज़ों में कि मोहब्बत है, तो वो जज़्बात नहीं समझी और चली गयी| पिताजी से कहा कि इंजीनियरिंग नहीं करनी, तो वो नहीं समझे जज़्बात और उनकी इज़्ज़त का ध्यान रखते हुए करनी पड़ी| दोस्तों  से कहा कि ज़रूरत है तुम्हारी, मत जाओ तो वो किनारा कर गए| सीधे शब्दों में जो जज़्बात होते हैं, न जाने तुम लोगों के लिए इतने मुश्किल क्यों होते हैं!
कोई नहीं समझा जब समझना था|| दो शब्दों में बोली गयी बातों के पीछे के जज़्बात नहीं समझे| आज बिना कुछ बोले भी वो समझ रही है जज़्बात, पिताजी भी समझ रहे हैं और दोस्त भी शायद! सब समझ रहे हैं अब, अब जब किसी को समझाने की ज़रूरत नहीं है, न ही मैंने किसी को दो आसान शब्दों में समझाने की कोशिश ही करी है। अब सब समझ रहे हैं जब मैं मेरे कमरे में बिस्तर पर गिरे हुए stool से दो कदम ऊपर पैरों को लटका कर पंखे से झूला झूल रहा हूँ| सब समझ रहे हैं आज, अब जब ज़रूरत नही है समझने की मेरे "जज़्बात"!!

Masturbation itself was a myth in school, everyone denied doing it in public but with the friends they showed that they are only one who knows how to do it ;-) ('act as a king'). The Story Of Two Wolves - Which one will win ?

One day a grandfather asked his grandson that he is going to tell him a story that is closely related to the fight that goes inside every human.

He said, ”My child , there is a fight similar to the fight between the two wolves going within every human being.”

He started narrating the story, ”There is a terrible fight between two wolves. One wolf is evil-he was anger, envy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt,resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority and ego.”  He continued, ”The other wolf is good -  he has love, peace, joy, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassionate and faith. The same fight is going on inside you - and inside every other person, too.”

The grandson thought for a few minutes and asked his grandfather, ”Which wolf will win?” The old grandfather simply replied, ”The one you feed.” The boy was too small to understand the profound meaning of his grandfather’s deceivingly answer.

As we grow up , we gradually become familiar with the facts of the external world which are largely beyond our ability to control. These generally include other people and the other events in our lives. Initially it is really difficult to accept that there are many things in our lives for which we really find ourselves powerless to control them which ultimately be the source of much distress. But indeed, is it true?? The parts of our mind can interact and can be in conflict with each other, i.e, the two wolves fight for dominance over our brain and behavior.

Only the “you” has the ability to decide which wolf to feed. After having made the choice, the “you” can specifically decide how to “feed” and nurture the selected wolf.
